The Temporary Customer Service Representative will join a small team to provide customer support and handle data entry tasks. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role involves using CRM software, email, and chat tools to assist customers effectively and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer support
• Enter and update customer data accurately
• Utilize CRM software for managing customer interactions
• Communicate effectively via email and chat tools
• Collaborate with team members under the guidance of the Team Lead

• Entry-level experience in customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
