Now, let's be transparent with the Requirements:

2 years Prep Cook experience preferred
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
Able to cook and prepare recipes to Big City Bites Bistro's standards using equipment such as, but not limited to, Deep fat fryers, Grills, Ovens, etc.
Able to stand for extended periods
Able to adhere to Big City Bites Bistro's standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and organization
Able to work 35-45 hour workweeks
Able to work Weekends
Able to speak and read English
Able to use knives safely
Able to follow food handling guidelines for safety
Able to multi-task
