Cook Chef

The Cook Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking local cuisine while managing a small kitchen team of 1 to 3 members. This role includes ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation, overseeing kitchen operations, controlling inventory, and maintaining compliance with general food safety and sanitation standards. The Cook Chef will also participate in monthly menu planning to offer fresh and appealing dishes.
