Line Cook

Job Title: Line Cook (AM & PM Shifts Available)
Location: Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Line Cooks to join our hotel kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting a smooth kitchen operation during service hours. Candidates must be dependable, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available:

• AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• PM Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  Flexibility is required for both shifts, including weekends and holidays. Shift start times are subject to change based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work early mornings or evenings with schedule flexibility

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Certification prior to first day of employment
