Line / Prep Cook

Job Description

We are seeking a Line Cook who is looking to join team committed to high standards and attention to detail while delivering exceptional service. Line Cook Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, hands-on, strong work ethic whom can adapt in a fast-paced environment

Line Cook Responsibilities:

Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines

• Ensure all stations are prepped, and set up prior to service
• Fully know all menu items
• Cleaning
• Dishwashing
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
• Understanding of allergy and dietary restrictions
• Follow inventory/order policies

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 30-35 per week

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
