We are seeking a CNA and Patient Care Aide to join our team in Waxhaw NC!
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living in the patient's home
- Assist with medication reminders
- Communicate changes in patient needs to immediate supervisor
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in patient care, or other related fields
- Must be able to travel to patient's home in Waxhaw N.C.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work well in teams
