Home Health Aide (HHA) / STNA – Now Hiring

We are currently seeking qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our growing team. If you are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care, we encourage you to apply.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide Certificate or active STNA certification
• Must be felony-free
• Valid State ID or Driver’s License
• Verifiable healthcare experience within the past 24 months
• Reliable transportation
• Working smart Smart cell phone
• High School Diploma or GED

Certifications Required:

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray

If needed:

• CPR/First Aid training available – $60
• TB skin test available – $15

Job Expectations:

• Provide safe, compassionate care to clients in their homes
• Monitor and promote a clean and safe environment
• Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills
• Maintain professionalism and emotional control in all situations
• Participate in mandatory in-service trainings
• Follow all home care policies and procedures

• Basic computer skills required

• Services are provided in Cuyahoga and Lake Counties
