Job Description
The Resident Care Assistant RCA and Nursing Assistant, provides direct care and supervision for residents in a Touching Lives residential care home(s). The RCA/NA assures residents are kept safe, clean, comfortable, practicing appropriate hygiene, involved in the Touching Lives program socially, and are aware of rules and expectations. The RCA/NA assists in providing activities for the residents and assuring scheduled programming is carried out. The Resident Care Assistant and Nursing Assistants performs duties as assigned by the Assisted Living Director, RN and LPN. All staff reports to Assisted Living Director. Full and Part-Time Positions available.
Shifts in current need are:
7a-3p Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
11 pm to 7am every other Sunday
