Pharmacist FULL TIME

We seek a licensed PHARMACIST who enjoys working in a friendly personal work environment and is a team player. The role of a retail pharmacist involves multi-tasking efficiently, offering professional, compassionate care to patients regarding prescription and OTC medications, and being detail-oriented. Prairie Hills Pharmacy is an independently owned retail Pharmacy. We pride ourselves in offering personal, compassionate care to our patients. This position requires a friendly, caring person who is also prompt and outgoing and possesses strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure. Must be attentive, detail-oriented, and eager to assist customers with retail and gift items in a caring and professional manner.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• filling and checking prescriptions
• stocking shelves, filling bubble packs, answering the telephone
• assisting customers with over-the-counter needs
• familiar with POS systems
• standing and walking for long periods-no sitting
• South Dakota Pharmacist license required
• 30-40 hours a week
• Monday thru Friday-alternating Saturdays 8-1pm
• strong computer skills
• No drama work place
• Computer skills are necessary.
