Elite Driving School is a licensed and insured New York driving school dedicated to providing safe, patient, and high-quality instruction. We are expanding and looking for reliable, professional instructors to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a patient, friendly, and dependable Driving Instructor to teach new drivers—especially teens—the skills needed to become safe and confident on the road. Training is available for candidates who meet requirements but are new to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide behind-the-wheel driving lessons to students of varying skill levels
• Maintain a safe and calm learning environment, especially with teen drivers
• Follow NYS DMV guidelines and school policies
• Demonstrate proper driving techniques, rules, and defensive-driving practices
• Complete lesson notes and communicate student progress
• Safely operate and maintain the school vehicle

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a valid New York State Driver License
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be patient and comfortable working with teens
• Ability to work morning or evening shifts
• Willing to drive in Nassau or Suffolk County
• Prior driving school experience preferred, but training is available

• Knowledge of New York driving laws and test requirements
