Job Overview

We are currently hiring Fiberglass Laminators in Rock Hill, SC! This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team and work in a hands-on production environment. If you have experience working with fiberglass or are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds for fiberglass application
• Cut, measure, and apply fiberglass materials
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete fabrication tasks
• Sand, finish, and inspect products to meet quality standards
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass work, sanding, or finishing preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
• Dependable and team-oriented mindset
