Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to logistics-related issues.
- Coordinate shipments and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide support in preparing shipping documentation and invoices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
Language:
- English is required, Chinese/Mandarin is recommended.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or business preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese.
