Front Desk Associate

Pay: $15 per hour plus commission and tips.

Role and Responsibilities

· Front desk duties: Answer phones, Check Voicemails, and return calls, check and respond to general e-mail inquiries.

· Work closely with guests to sell monthly memberships to reach monthly sales

· Maintain spa facility and appearance

· Maintains scheduling commitments- Books Cancels and reschedule appointments with a cloud-based scheduling Software.

· Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.

· Advises customers by providing information on products and services.

· Opens Customer Accounts by recording account information

· Advises customers of the Rewards program.

· Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards.

· Directs customers by escorting them to the assigned room and instructing customers on the use of saunas, towels, and smart television.

· Turns over Sauna rooms and restocks with clean supplies (includes cleaning sauna rooms, sweeping and mopping)

· Folds towels and places them in towel area

· Cleans restrooms and restocks supplies when needed. Cleans any spills that may occur in the general areas.

· Use judgment to solve customer problems

Additional Notes

This position is part-time and includes an Infrared Sauna Membership of (4) sessions and (1) Basic Cryo Facial per month (does not accumulate) and commission. Must be available for extra shifts as needed.
