Maintenance Techs

Summary:

Responsible for maintenance of machines and the facility. This person will work closely with the production team, Production Manager, Operations Manager and Corporate Maintenance Manager to ensure that all machines are working to original standards.

Job Duties:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties listed below:
• Perform daily facility inspections.
• Perform monthly preventive maintenance on all plant equipment
• Perform mechanic, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs as necessary,
• Maintain a clean and safe environment around maintenance shop and equipment

Qualifications:

• Be able to read electrical schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical problems 24 to 480 volts circuits.
• Experience working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Be able to solve mechanical problems on the equipment such as changing belts, chains, bearings, cylinders etc.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Maintenance (not hotel nor apartment buildings)
• Minimum High school diploma /not required

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units Of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
