Bilingual CSR

We are a family-run Business looking to hire a dynamic, self- motivated associate for our office and production environment. We are a high-energy environment and are looking for someone who thrives at a fast-pace but can still handle our customers with utmost care & concern in the time-frame necessary.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, and a willingness to stay active by coordinating with our production team throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced setting described, enjoys problem-solving and is comfortable balancing desk work with hands-on coordination on the production floor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers by Phone/Email

• Handle POS transactions 

• Process & tag incoming orders

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations tailored to each individual customer

•Keep track of customers’ pending orders while providing complete follow-through

• Take initiative, be self-motivated and willing to learn

Requirements:

•Bi-lingual , English & Spanish necessary

• Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred

• Be very detail-oriented

• Have strong communications skills, be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily

• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Have strong organization skills, the ability to prioritize assignments and multitask

• Must work with computers and learn to navigate our POS system

• Be reliable and punctual

• Be active & on your feet
