We’re looking for hard-working, reliable, and punctual customer service representatives to join our growing family in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

In this role, you will be working in our sales department assisting customers with questions and making purchases; speed and accuracy is a must! No cold-calling! Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, taking phone orders, developing customer relationships, processing orders and payments, handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing shipments, labeling shipments, creating product advertisements, managing inventory, general office filing, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. You will be expected to have a team-player mentality while being committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, upbeat manner
  • Assist customers in locating correct parts via our online platforms
  • Process customer orders and payments
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products we offer
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office suite, emailing, and internet searches
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to protect sensitive customer data
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs or more
