PrideStaff is seeking a Assistant Facility Maintenance Technician to support facility upkeep through hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational maintenance skills who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic maintenance such as drywall patching, painting, and texturing
Perform repairs such as replacing and fixing appliances
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
Maintain tools and work areas safely
Follow work orders and training protocols
Communicate progress and maintenance issues or safety to supervisors
Maintain professionalism in occupied facilities
Required Qualifications
Basic maintenance or handyman experience
Willingness to learn and follow structured training
Strong attention to safety
Reliable attendance and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential or facility maintenance
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
