Job Description:
Join a forward-thinking organization building a cloud-native, API-driven digital platform to support direct-to-consumer growth. As marketing technology capabilities expand, we are seeking a MarTech Developer Team Lead to design, integrate, and optimize the marketing tech stack. This role combines hands-on development with Agile team leadership, partnering closely with marketing and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team while contributing hands-on to design and development
• Build and integrate APIs, event tracking, and analytics solutions
• Partner with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance systems
• Drive best practices across development, testing, and architecture
• Help shape and evolve the marketing technology stack
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong engineering fundamentals, particularly with APIs, integrations, and modern application development
• Experience leading or mentoring developers in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
• Experience with analytics, tracking, or customer-facing platforms (toolset flexible)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
•Experience with marketing, analytics, or experimentation platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, A/B testing tools, etc) is preferred
• Background in event tracking or tag management tools is preferred

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
