Scheduler

Job Description:

The Scheduler for our office will be calling warm leads and transferring the calls to our Agents.

Expectations:

The Scheduler performs the essential functions of the position, which includes making outbound calls to potential customers to convince them to talk to a Sales Agent.  The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, positive attitude and be willing to help clients as well as other members of the team.  This individual will also greet incoming customers, when our lobby opens up.

Daily Expectations:

-- Call on supplied leads and transfer client to Agents

-- Track results of their efforts

The ideal candidate can work a varied schedule, even less than 40 hours per week.  We can be flexible, and if you can work later in the afternoon, up to 7:00 pm, that would be ideal.
