Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Early Morning Start (6–7 AM typical)

Position Overview

The Landscape Technician plays a key role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our campus. This position focuses on detailed landscaping, day-to-day grounds work, and supporting property maintenance needs across our large corporate environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily landscaping and grounds maintenance across a large commercial property
• Maintain lawns, hedges, beds, walkways, and building surroundings
• Support detailed landscaping tasks beyond basic mowing (e.g., pruning, trimming, edging, planting)
• Assist with minor landscape-related maintenance needs on campus
• Use various landscaping tools, equipment, and property vehicles
• Document work using iPhone/iPad applications and work-order systems
• Collaborate with property and facilities team members to ensure high-quality results
• Occasionally assist with seasonal tasks, special projects, and holiday or weekend coverage when required

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of commercial landscaping experience (beyond basic lawn mowing)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
• English fluency
• Technology-savvy; able to use iPhone/iPad apps, work-order systems, and Microsoft Teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience troubleshooting irrigation systems
• Experience working with commercial fountains or water features

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Start times vary seasonally, typically 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM
• Occasional weekends or holidays as needed
