Front Desk Night Auditor - Hotel

The front desk night audit is the individual primarily responsible for the overnight duties required of a daylight front desk agent.  This is a part time, overnight position consisting of the hours between 11PM and 8AM 3 nights a week.  Basic duties include:

• Engage with hotel guests by checking in and checking out guests
• Close out the previous day in a timely manner
• Answering calls, understanding the pertinent hotel information to relay to guests accurately and courteously
• Ensuring all departments are closed out appropriately
• Taking guest complaints and communicating the need to the appropriate department or manager
