Responsibilities include, but are not limited to tasks such as:

  • Field incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Implement and lead daily accountability check-ins with staff
  • Attend all trainings in the office including, but not limited to, employee & client collaboration
  • Post-appointment follow-up notes
  • Working knowledge of electronic tracking systems
  • Establish/service new customer accounts
  • Maintain an up-to-date database (contact info, actions, service records, etc)
  • Run and review new/existing household and account reports
  • Evaluate, process, and work through account service requests to completion
  • Assist leadership with various projects
  • Represent and enhance the company Mission and Core Values
