Non Emergency Medical Driver

Job Title: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation DriverCompany: NOLA MED TRANSPORT

Location: Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas

Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Flexible scheduling including early mornings, weekdays, and some weekends. Must be available for at least two weekend days per month.

Job Summary

NOLA MED TRANSPORT is a family-owned, medical-professional-led non-emergency medical transportation company serving seniors, disabled adults, and disabled students. We are seeking compassionate, reliable drivers who enjoy working with people and making a difference in the community.

This role is more than just driving. It involves client engagement, mobility assistance, and providing safe, respectful, door-to-door and door-through-door service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to medical appointments, schools, and facilities
• Assist clients entering and exiting the vehicle
• Secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment
• Provide door-to-door and door-through-door assistance
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and facilities
• Perform light lifting and physical assistance
• Represent NOLA MED TRANSPORT with professionalism and care

Requirements

• Must be 23 years or older
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 to 80 pounds
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled students
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
