We are seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician to join our growing team to provide outpatient primary care services to our senior population at our clinic in Garland, TX!
Outpatient Clinic (Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm)
**Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required**

Primary Care Physician's Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and treat patients’ medical conditions.
- Order lab and other diagnostic testing and interprets results.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
- Perform minor procedures
- Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
- Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
- Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
- Meet targets set by the government for specified treatments.
- Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
- Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
- Appropriately and timely document patient encounters.
- Observe and assess the work of trainee doctors and medical students, as needed.
- Assist with supervising Mid-Level Providers, as needed.
Qualifications/Education
- Degree in Medicine (Required)
- Current Texas Medical License and Federal DEA license (Required)
- 3 years residency training (Required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this clinic location
- Highly proficient in using EMR systems, eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus
- Fantastic counseling and listening skills
