Assistant Director of Clinical Services

An Assistant Director of Clinical Services is responsible for assisting in the management of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing and implementing policies and procedures related to clinical services, coordinating and supervising clinical staff, and participating in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.   The ideal candidate has a solid background in  Home Healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.  Willing to train.
