Growing heavy fabrication and machining facility seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily shop operations.

This role oversees employees, workflow, production output, safety and quality in a large-component manufacturing environment serving mining, defense and industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shop floor personnel
• Oversee daily production scheduling and workflow
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with planning, quality and leadership teams
• Manage labor utilization and shop performance

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in heavy fabrication or machining
• Experience managing shop employees
• Strong operational and scheduling background
