About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive – Key Accounts to manage and grow relationships with our most strategic customers. This role focuses on retention, expansion, and long-term partnership development while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, consultative seller, and trusted advisor who understands client needs and delivers measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned key and strategic accounts
Serve as the primary relationship owner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives
Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and pricing discussions
Monitor account performance, KPIs, and revenue forecasts
Prepare and present business reviews and executive-level presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer success, finance, and leadership) to deliver effective solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting
Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts across targeted markets and destinations
Drive market expansion initiatives to grow geographic reach and open new destinations
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities
Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Engage decision-makers and stakeholders to position solutions and close new business
Partner with internal teams to design competitive proposals and tailored solutions
Track new business performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution in CRM
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or key account roles
Proven track record of managing large or strategic client relationships
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
