A high-level Home Management Company with a reputation for excellence in service is seeking a Client Coordinator.
General Duties Include:
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met. This includes routine home inspections and preventative maintenance planning and coordinating with the team and Subcontractors.
- Primary interface for clients
- Responsible for routine communication with Clients to keep them updated on their home
- Go-to Resource for the team to understand primary concerns of clients and coordination of visits
- Responsible for account life cycle management from client on-boarding to client sign-off of small projects and repairs.
- Work to develop a home maintenance recommended plan for each account.
- Ensure long-term home maintenance plan is developed and communicated to the client
- Work to foresee future issues and help client plan accordingly
- Troubleshoot any non-predicted issues and develop best course of action to remedy
- Position requires a combination of time in-office and on-site for account management. All travel is local.
Candidates Should Possess
- 2 years of experience in the Construction or Home Inspection Industry
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and professional standards
- Interpersonal skills and customer relations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite products. Salesforce experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
