Summary: The Lead, Warehouse Worker is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory management, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse staff in day-to-day tasks including picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing guidance to warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
