Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Must speak Spanish*)

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Must Speak Spanish*) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Attending customers everyday in the store
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Count money as a cashier
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Maintain store clean and Organize
• Restock store

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Company offers; Base Salary + Commission, Vacation, Holidays and Sick days pay.

 Schedule:  Monday to Friday 7-5:00p.m. or 8-6:00 p.m. with an hour lunch and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m.
