MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE - 2nd SHIFT

We are headquartered in Woodridge, IL and have an opening for a Manufacturing Associate for our Metal Shop.

We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude, who likes working with their hands and has had some prior production or metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:00pm -11:30pm with OT and occasional Saturdays as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Hard-working, dependable, and able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
Extremely detail oriented, with the ability to generate and follow production schedule
Prior Metal Shop and/or Production experience preferred
Knowledge of basic hand-tools a plus
Ability to work with short lead times and changing priorities
Be able to work overtime on short notice
Work well with others as a part of a team
Ability to understand measurements and fractions
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Effective communication skills
