Elite Seasonal or Full Time Tax Preparer

We are looking for an Elite Seasonal Or Full Time Tax Preparer to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns. We are a local, 20 person CPA firm in downtown Nashville that is growing and needs top talent!

Primary responsibility will be to be part of a high functioning team in the preparation and review of all manner of tax compliance including individual, S corporation Form 1120S, C Corp 1120s and Trust returns Form 1041. 

Other responsibilities may include:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team

​Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of previous experience in tax preparation and/or related compliance matters.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
