These positions support warehouse, fabrication, manufacturing, packing, and production operations in Claremore.

Packing Associate

Pay: $17.00/hr
Shift: Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Package finished metal products for shipment
• Inspect materials for quality and damage before packing
• Label and stage materials for shipping
• Maintain accurate counts of packaged products
• Assist with loading shipments when required
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

Shop Helper – Night Shift

Pay: $20.60/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (OT as needed)

Responsibilities

• Assist with hydrostatic testing and tube bundle production
• Support CNC plasma table fabrication operations
• Clean finned tubes using compressed air systems
• Stage materials and assist with production setup
• Assist with header maintenance, tube preparation, and bundle staging
• Load and unload steel plates and fabricated components

Requirements

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments
• Strong commitment to safety procedures

Shop Helper – Day Shift

Pay: $18.60/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)

Responsibilities

• Assist with fabrication and plasma table operations
• Support cleaning, staging, and assembly of tube bundles
• Load and move steel materials and structural components
• Assist with inspections and production preparation
• Maintain safe and organized work areas

Requirements

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

Customer Service Representative

Pay: $20.00/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding orders and timelines
• Enter and track orders using ERP systems
• Coordinate with production teams for scheduling
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide professional customer service support

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• CNC or manufacturing industry experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more as required
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a production environment
• Comfortable working in industrial and non-climate controlled facilities
