Professional Chauffeur

Job Summary

The Professional Chauffeur for Cadillac XTS and CT6 or other sedan vehicles is responsible for providing premium transportation services to business and leisure clients. This position requires a professional demeanor, discretion, and exceptional customer service skills. The chauffeur must maintain a clean, well-functioning vehicle and ensure that each client receives a safe and comfortable experience from pick-up to drop-off.

Job Qualifications

• Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record
• 3 year of experience as a chauffeur or professional driver preferred
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CDL preferred with passenger endorsement
• Strong attendance and customer service record

Skills

• Professional grooming and punctuality
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes
• Knowledge of Central Alabama roads and landmarks
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation to clients using executive sedans
• Assist passengers with luggage and entry/exit of the vehicle
• Maintain clean and well-presented vehicles inside and out
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrival
• Ensure client privacy and maintain a professional appearance
• Complete trip documentation and communicate updates to the Owner

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods
• Must be able to assist passengers with luggage up to 40 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching
