Residential Counselor

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at a Level 2 Residential Group Home serving girls ages 17 and under. Staff will provide supervision, structure, and supportive services in a therapeutic environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.

Currently Seeking candidates for 2nd and 3rd shift positions

Supervision & Safety

• Provide direct supervision to residents at all times

• Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment

• Implement behavior support plans and crisis interventions as trained

• Complete incident reports when required

Daily Living Support

• Assist residents with hygiene routines and daily living skills

• Prepare and serve meals according to schedule

• Support homework completion and educational activities

• Teach age-appropriate life skills and responsibility

Documentation

• Complete daily shift notes and required documentation

• Record behaviors, progress, and incidents accurately and timely

• Follow Person-Centered Plans (PCPs)

Transportation

• Transport residents to school, therapy, medical appointments, and activities as needed

Team Collaboration

• Attend staff meetings and required trainings

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and treatment team members
