Job Description
Busy plumbing & HVAC company in North Lakeway is looking for an amazing Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and have excellent customer service telephone skills. Customer service is king!
Job Requirements:
1. Communicate effectively with customers by email and phone.
2. Proficiency in basic computer programs and internet use.
3. Booking calls, dispatching and assisting techs with customer information.
4. Filing and office clerical responsibilities.
Hours will be full time, after training we offer a 4 day work week.
Must have reliable transportation, a great attitude and willingness to learn.
