PCBA Assembler Technician II (5+ year experience)

Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics assembly and experience with various tools and technologies. This role involves assembling electronic components, ensuring quality standards, and working collaboratively within a team environment to meet production goals.

• Proven experience in SMT and PCBA processes
• Strong understanding of electronic component assembly and manufacturing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent US Resident, or currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without current or future employment sponsorship
• Post offer applicants must pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire PCB assembly process, including both SMT and through-hole components
• Design and optimize SMT processes
• Select appropriate materials and equipment for SMT
• Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues in the SMT process
• Inspection of PCBA per IPC 610 standards
• Troubleshooting circuit
• Remove and apply conformal coating
• Conduct soldering operations with precision
