Forklift Operator

Schedule: 4:30pm-1am Monday-Friday (2nd Shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and/or manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the safe operation of forklifts and tuggers to move materials efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience operating material handling equipment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and tuggers to transport materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Stage materials for production or shipping as required
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Support general warehouse or production tasks as needed
• Ensure accurate handling and placement of materials to prevent damage or loss

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating forklifts and/or tuggers in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work on feet for the duration of the shift (standing and walking)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
