Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team on both first and second shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, adhering to safety standards and quality specifications. Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques to meet production targets.
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility as needed.
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly procedures.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by handling warehouse materials and supplies efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Use mechanical knowledge to assemble complex parts accurately and efficiently.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and tools.
Skills:
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with assembly line operations.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Experience operating forklifts safely within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple shifts.
