Delivery Driver

Semper Delivery is an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) seeking delivery drivers to join our top tier, well established, and growing team. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. As a performance based job, focusing on delivering all packages safely, accurately, and in a timely manner is our Semper Standard. We fully train you for this position. NO CDL or experience required!

Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid and clear driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States and have all proper documentation.
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and deliver “Smiles”.
• Safely drive your company provided vehicle while following all local & state laws, road and driving regulations, and company policies.
• Perform safety inspections on company vehicles.
• Keep the required pace in a physically demanding job; getting in and out of a van 150 to 200 times a day.
• Load and unload packages up to 50lbs each in the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with the dispatch or support team to ensure deliveries are completed in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
• Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, and communicating with customers, and support if needed.

Compensation & Benefits & Schedule:

• $21 per hour (paid biweekly) plus performance bonus that increases with tenure.
• Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day starting at 9:20 am.
• Full Time = 4 scheduled days of 10 hours each. (Must work 1 weekend day each week)
• Part Time= Saturday AND Sunday, plus one other weekday
• 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your route, and a 30-minute meal break.
