Account Sales Representative – Dental
DASH Medical Gloves
Franklin, WI
DASH Medical Gloves is seeking an Account Sales Representative – Dental to help grow and strengthen
our business within the dental market. This role is focused on developing relationships with existing
customers, expanding product adoption, increasing share of wallet, and supporting long-term growth
across dental accounts.
This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building strong customer partnerships,
identifying growth opportunities, and working within a focused market segment. The Account Sales
Representative – Dental will work closely with DASH’s Dental sales leadership and business development
team to execute targeted growth strategies, support customers with a consultative approach, and help
drive results across an assigned account base.

beyond transactional account support and take ownership of account development within a strategic
vertical.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow an assigned book of dental accounts
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and key contacts
- Develop account growth plans focused on product expansion, penetration, and retention
- Increase share of wallet within dental practices, groups, dealer relationships, and other assigned
customers
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with customers to understand goals, needs, and
opportunities.
Drive consultative sales conversations
- Identify customer challenges, workflow needs, and product opportunities
- Recommend solutions that align with customer priorities and deliver value
- Support expansion across products, locations, and programs
- Position DASH as a trusted partner within the dental space
Support pipeline growth and sales execution
- Build and manage a pipeline of growth opportunities within assigned accounts
- Document activity, opportunities, and next steps in CRM
- Maintain visibility to account trends, forecasts, and revenue opportunities
- Help move opportunities through the sales process to close
Protect and retain business
- Monitor account health, purchase patterns, and risk signals
- Address customer concerns proactively and escalate when needed
- Serve as an advocate for the customer while balancing business objectives
- Help ensure a high level of service, responsiveness, and follow-through
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Sales experience with a proven ability to grow accounts and close business
- Experience in account management, consultative selling, or business development
- Dental industry experience preferred; healthcare, medical, or consumable products experience
also valuable
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
- Self-starter with a results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
