Customer Service Representative

Licensing Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

You must have an active Property & Casualty license at the time of application.
No license = no interview.
We verify licensing directly through the State of Nevada.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling a high volume of client requests without dropping the ball
• Making policy changes, answering billing questions, and solving problems efficiently
• Managing phone calls, emails, and service tickets—often at the same time
• Using Allstate systems (eAgent, etc.) accurately and confidently
• Following through every time—our clients expect consistency, not excuses

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license (required, no exceptions)
• Prior Allstate or insurance agency experience strongly preferred
• Someone who stays sharp under pressure and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
• Tech-savvy and comfortable jumping between systems
• Works well solo and as part of a tight-knit team
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation & Perks

• $20–$22/hour, based on experience
