- perform walk throughs of property and notify management of any problems.
- oversee 3 porters
- complete work orders
- check all boilers and machinery on a daily basis to ensure proper function
- oversee any vendors on the property
- touch up paint where needed in common areas
- make sure sidewalks and courtyard are free of snow and properly salted
