Apartment Community Resident Services Office Coordinator- full time
We are looking for the right person with the following qualities:
- Strong verbal, communication and organizational skills.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance repairs and work orders
- Maintains a positive attitude which supports team performance and productivity.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in busy and stressful situations
- Ensures accuracy and details on all printed material
- Greets and answers question, both by phone and in person from prospects and current residents in a professional and positive manor.
- Able to organize, problem-solve and obtain results
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, supervisors and co-workers
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in word, excel, outlook and other data base programs- Yardi experience a plus
- Willing to complete the tasks required including some overtime if needed
- Understands the importance of punctuality and attendance.
- Must have a clean NYS driver’s license
