Family Support Partner

Full time position.  A family member/individual who has had the lived experience of raising a child with complex challenges, being the caretaker and the main decision maker of that child and had the ability to negotiate services and supports for that child. Assist families in understanding and navigating the child serving systems. Have knowledge of existing community resources available to families. Maintain written records as required. Training provided.
