Delivery Driver

Company Summary:
We are a growing food distribution company specializing in Hispanic products, servicing supermarkets across Texas and surrounding states.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to manage outside routes. This role is responsible for delivering products to assigned accounts, ensuring timely service, and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.

Compensation:

• Competitive weekly pay (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Early morning start times (route-based) avg 4am-5am start time
• Typically 50+ hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver products to assigned stores
• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
• Maintain organized and clean delivery vehicle
• Communicate with team regarding route progress and issues
• Provide basic merchandising support when needed
• 10 hr, 12-14hr, and sometimes you are going to need to stay overnight at a hotel paid by the company

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive a box truck or delivery vehicle
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift and move product (50+ lbs regularly)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
