Position Summary

Resound Networks is seeking a driven, high-energy Business Account Executive to develop and grow our business-to-business customer base. This individual will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets in their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new commercial accounts through high activity, targeted outreach and in-person engagement.
  • Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently maintain a high level of presence and exposure in your assigned territory through networking, volunteering, and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Accurately maintain customer data and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of successful outside sales experience preferred with an emphasis on telecommunications or technology related industry.
  • Confident and strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Compensation: Generous salary with uncapped commission. Typical earnings of $120K+ with 100% Quota Attainment.
