Restaurant - Front Desk Receptionist

Tikka Shack in Lancaster is looking for a Front Desk Associate who’s friendly, outgoing, and ready to bring great vibes to our restaurant. You'll be the first face our guests see, so if you’ve got a great smile and love helping people, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome as they enter
• Help with pickup and delivery orders (including DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.)
• Answer the phone and help with questions about the menu or orders
• Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked
• Make sure guests have a great experience from start to finish
• Jump in and support the team wherever needed

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly attitude and great communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required!
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
