Facility Maintenance Technician (HVAC / Electrical / Refrigeration)
Location: Milwaukee Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) + Overtime as Needed
Compensation: $25-30/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
• Track work orders, parts, and repairs in CMMS/ERP systems
• Follow all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of facility maintenance or industrial maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems (refrigeration required)
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC certification
• Refrigeration certification
• NFPA 70E training
