Description

As a Team Member, you will be the face of fun for the customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting people as they come in, and a variety of tasks associated with the car wash. We will strive to bring excitement and energy to your work day, allowing you to learn different aspects of the operations from sales, cleaning, maintenance, and cheerful advertising. This position will also include bonuses!

Duties

- Greet customers promptly and cheerfully upon arrival.

- Maintains a strong understanding of the services offered by Dirty Birdy Car Wash.

- Clearly explain the car wash services to customers.

- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or price questions.

- Ensure accurate transactions by balancing the pay stations at the beginning and ending of each shift.

- Guide customers to locating products, resolving issues, or providing requested information.

- Hold promotional signage and participate in marketing-related activities.

- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including upkeep of driveways, restrooms and car wash areas.

- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for daily operations.

- Explain the car wash entry process to customers to follow proper vehicle loading and prepping procedures, ensuring safety for everyone.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

· Must present a friendly demeanor and maintain a clean, professional appearance per grooming and dress standards.

· Ability to read, count, and write accurately.

· Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

· Capable of performing repetitive tasks over extended periods.

· High school diploma, or active high school student 16 years or older.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time and operate cash register equipment.

· Must be able to life up to 15 lbs as needed.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

You will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping. This job is primarily outside. Jackets will be part of the uniform in the cold season.
